Bravo Live! 2008 took place at the Oregon Convention Center just two weeks ago and Bigler Productions was there capturing all the excitement. If you have never been to a Bravo Live! event show its really worth the trip. The best of the best in the event world come together for a single day to show off all the newest ideas and product offerings in the Northwest. Teila & Beau... truly amazing!
Bigler Productions had the privilege of capturing one of the most amazing weddings of the 2008 season. Teila and Beau out did themselves with their Asian theme wedding. From the opening photo shoot at the Chinese Gardens to the surprise red dress down the aisle to the Lion Dancers at the reception this wedding was fantastic.

A WSU WEDDING.... GO COUGERS!
Susan and Brentt are by far the most die hard WSU Cougar fans that Bigler Productions has ever come across. For their wedding, their colors were silver and crimson (WSU colors), the bride wore a red waist accent with the WSU logo on it and on top of that they had Butch, the WSU mascot, make a guest appearance at their reception. GO WSU!

Mr. & Mrs. Eddy celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this past month! To bring them all together their daughter mailed out several video cameras throughout the nation to all their extended friends and family. Each participant then filmed them selves giving a congratulations toast to the happy couple. Bigler Productions was brought on to oversee and compile the final video sequence which was shown as a surprise to the couple on their anniversary.
"I am really impressed with this project. It was put together for under $700 with cameras and film and editing costs and the final product was so amazing. Some of these people had not seen each other for more then 20 years!"

The Old Laurelhurst Church is an amazing facility that was built in the 1920s. The magnificent stain glass windows adorn both sides of the impressive sanctuary. David and Jodi tied the knot this past week on the beautiful Oregon Coast. Just south of Cannon Beach the ceremony was perfect.

Amy & Parker tie the knot!
|
Amy and Parker tied the knot in McMinnville early last month. They had an intimate ceremony with a handful of their closest family and friends followed up with a large reception with another 150+ friends and family. Bigler Productions was hired to film both their DVD as well as a zero-edit production of their wedding to show at their reception.
“Amy came to me with the problem of wanting to have her ceremony in their house (that parker built), but wanting +150 friends and family to be there. So she hired us to film the wedding at their house then take it immediately to the reception to show to her guests. It was one of

the most complex productions we have yet done, with three Videographers, a zero-edit camera, three microphones and no time to edit the reception production, and it all went off without a hitch. The guests got to watch the ceremony while the bride and groom snuck into the back of the hall, when the video ended Amy and Parker walked straight into their first dance. First Citizens Award honors Joe Weston! 
The Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors® (PMAR) honored Joe Weston, Weston Investment Co., LLC., as the recipient of the 2008 Portland First Citizen Award. The award was giving at the 80th annual Portland First Citizen Banquet on April 30, 2008 at the Governor Hotel. Bigler Productions was there to record the momentous location.

Cinema 7 Grand Opening!
On April 30th Charles Nakvasil held the grand opening of the new Cinema 7 in
Scappoose, OR. The Cinema 7 is one of the only three cinemas equipped with
Digital Projection here in the Portland/Vancouver area. Charles is an active
member of the community and had Mayor Scott there to cut the ceremonial ribbon
allowing the guests to enter the cinema for the first time. Bigler

Opening.

Bigler Productions has joined forces with Uncommon Invites to launch a never before seen product in the Portland market, DVD invitations! With each Invite or Save the Date you get a paper invitation as well as a fully produced custom DVD inviting your guests to come join in your wedding. "Day-of wedding video" for local reception.
Amy and Parker have a unique situation. Parker just recently finished building their dream home and they want to have the wedding ceremony on their balcony. The problem is that they have a ton of family and friends and no way of fitting them in their beautiful house for the ceremony. To solve this problem they brought in the Bigler Productions team...
"To solve this unique dilemma Amy came up with a brilliant plan. Two of my team will be filming the wedding as a deluxe package. "This experience so far has been great. My fiancé and I are very pleased with the montage Bigler Productions has put together for us and are very excited to see the end result of the montage with the actual wedding day/ceremony footage. It has been a wonderful experience working with them, they have gone above and beyond our expectations and are very personal and creative, adapting to our unique situation and making it work. We are excited for our big day and even more excited to see the video they will put together for us. Julie & Ryan Zook were married at First Christian Church in Portland Oregon on December 29th 2007. Dave and Michael had a wonderful time filming this amazing wedding. Julie and Ryan had their reception at the Adrianna Hill Ballroom.

Bigler Productions releases Odell Press Kit
In yet another project with the up and coming Brian Odell Band, Bigler Productions has created a fully digital press kit. The press kit includes a custom DVD created using segments from Odell's Live @ Berbati's Pan filmed by Bigler Productions June of 07 as well as a CD with their latest tunes all created and produced by Bigler Productions. The band will use this creation to market their name to more then 100 venues and radio stations around the nation.
